What are your delivery cost/rates?

We offer free standard shipping within Australia on all orders

Express post is a flat rate of $10

 

How long will it take to get my item?

Please allow 3-7 business days for standard shipping.

1-2 business day delivery on express shipping Monday - Friday 

(Please note delivery times may vary due to COVID-19)

 

Do you deliver worldwide?

No, at the moment we only offer domestic shipping to Australia, but we will be shipping world wide soon!

 

Are items tracked?

All orders are sent via Australia Post and are fully trackable.

 

Can I update my delivery address after placing

the order?

Once you have placed the order we will do our best to alter

the order if we haven’t sent your item off. Once it is in transit

We cannot alter where the package is delivered.

 

Do you offer AfterPay?

Not right now, but in the near future!

 

I didn't get my confirmation email. Did I place

my order successfully?

After placing your order and making the payment,

you will receive an order confirmation email, if you do not receive the email

within 24 hours of purchase please contact us via email sales@herebel.com.au

 

I received the wrong product. What should I do?

We are sorry you received the wrong product.

Please contact us within 14 days and request you

send the incorrect product back to us. We 'll refund

the postage and send you the correct product.

 

What is your return & refund policy?

If you have received damaged or faulty items,

please email us and provide details within 14

days of purchase.
